We are pleased to announce that our proposal, “Carpets of Nature,” has won the First Prize in the competition for the regeneration of Guipuzkoa Avenue in Berriozar.

Guipuzkoa Avenue, the central axis of Berriozar’s Casco Nuevo and a direct connection to the center of Pamplona, will be transformed from a traffic-dominated road into a serene, tree-lined promenade. This new design prioritizes community living and aims to bring the natural beauty of nearby fields and mountains into the daily lives of Berriozar residents.

The proposal features five expansive green “carpets” that segment the avenue into distinct sections, creating accessible spaces for community interaction and supporting local small businesses.

We are proud to contribute to the improvement of this urban space and deeply appreciate the trust placed in our team to bring this vision to life.

From November 19 to 21, Septiembre Arquitectura had the honor of participating in one of the round tables at the prestigious Interihotel event, held in Madrid. This event is a key reference in the industry, bringing together designers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, brands, and agents of change to explore new ideas and solutions for space design.

Interihotel offers its visitors a unique space to get inspired, connect, and reflect on the latest design trends. Each edition becomes a platform for knowledge exchange and a driver of creativity in the hospitality and restaurant industries.

On November 21, Septiembre Arquitectura participated in the round table titled “Diálogos: VISIONARY Design (II)”, moderated by Mireia Cervera. During this discussion, we shared the table with distinguished professionals such as:
